Well done Nina, Kay & Leigh!

Congratulations to Nina De Munnik, Kay Carr and Leigh Griffin in winning the Wellington Champ of Champ Triples. They beat Debbie Hanna’s Petone Central team comfortably 20-7 in a crucial final that could decide the Bowls Wellington Women’s Club of the Year between the two clubs. The win also gave Leigh her 25th Wellington Women’s Centre title – only the great Judy Howat has previously reached this milestone. It was Kay’s 7th and Nina’s 3rd title.
