Congratulations to Mark Burgess winning the Wellington Champ of Champ Junior Singles today at Silverstream. Mark won the final 21-11 over Miramar’s Ian McLleod. Mark was down 7-10 but then won the next 7 ends to go up 19-10 and never looked back.
Mark’s win has Victoria hit the front in the race to the Wellington Mens Club of the Year title ahead of Stokes Valley.
